Lovely place to stay, my room was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Great location less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and next to lots of stores, bars and restaurants. I felt very safe. Caroline the owner is an amazing host, very friendly and helpful. Added bonus the use of a fridge as well. I would definitely recommend it

Perfect budget stay. The owner Caroline is very friendly and helpful, you can contact her by WhatsApp when she is not physically at the property. The rooms are very clean. The air conditioning was quite noisy (it makes a loud noise when turned off), but it's a small price to pay to have good air conditioning in the room, as it was very hot!

We had a lovely stay at the Pension San Nicolas. The room var with twin beds, as we required, and is very cozy, clean and tidy. The bathroom is made with high quality furniture and beautifully decorated. Everything was very clean and to the highest standard, compared to how inexpensive the stay was for us.
The service provided during our stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful - and our needs were met to the fullest. this made for an absolutely great stay! We should really only worry about relaxing in Alicante, enjoying the city, its monuments, its good restaurants and its friendly people.Thank you very much 😘 for your kindness
